Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the information available at the time. If the scope or condition of the work turns out to be different once we’re on site, we’ll explain the change and confirm with you before continuing.
Scheduling & weather
Exterior work depends on the weather. Some services, especially polymeric sand and sealing, need dry conditions and mild temperatures. We may reschedule for weather and will let you know as early as possible.
Access & preparation
You agree to give us reasonable access to the work areas and an outdoor water source, and to move vehicles and items away from areas being cleaned or sealed.
Curing times
After sealing, we’ll tell you how long to keep foot and vehicle traffic off the surface. Following those instructions helps make sure the result lasts.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the work, let us know within a reasonable time and we’ll return to address it at no charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, weather events or pre-existing conditions such as cracked or deteriorated surfaces.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept secure card payments on-site.
